Description: Connects trama to GitHub without git or a terminal:
        account guide, login by the OAuth device flow, reuse of
        existing credentials, token kept in the system keyring, and an
        internal API to create repositories and make atomic commits and
        tags through the Git data API. It is a trama plugin, not a
        block collection: it has no nodes. When installed, the trama
        editor shows a GitHub menu.
